Spielerando

When I spawn in or teleport, I stand over empty void for a few seconds

The ground ahead is built in the wrong order, so the player falls or sees nothing under their feet. This entry gives your AI an order for loading the world that starts under the player and favours the direction they are heading.

Why this works

Loading takes time, so the order decides what the player sees first. Sorting by distance, and by direction of travel among equals, puts ground under the feet before scenery at the back.

When not to use it

If the whole world is small enough to load at once before play starts, show a loading screen and skip the ordering.

In the full entry

  • What to build, step by step
  • Starting values and the reason for each
  • 2 common mistakes and the fix
  • 28 lines of example code with 3 checks that pass
  • How your AI shows you that it works

Say this to your AI

Use the Spielerando entry "When I spawn in or teleport, I stand over empty void for a few seconds" (read_entry survival-load-nearest-areas-first) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.

Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
