Spielerando

Two teammates grab the same one-time reward at the same moment

When a team levels up and a single shared reward appears, two players can press the button within the same blink. If both are told they got it, the reward is duplicated. Here is how a server picks exactly one winner, tells the other politely, and cannot be fooled by a fast clock.

Why this works

When two people reach for one thing, someone must decide, and it cannot be either of them. A single referee that answers one request at a time, in the order it received them, can never give the same prize to two people.

When not to use it

Skip it when there is plenty for everyone, such as a reward each player can take once on their own. Then no contest exists and a queue only adds waiting. Use it only for things that can truly be won by one.
