Does the same player always lose the group's story decisions?
A group decision can be perfectly fair each time and still leave one person on the losing side again and again. This entry shows how to count, per player, how often what they wanted was not what the group got, and when a pattern is real enough to act on.
Why this works
Each single vote can be fair while one person loses nearly every time. Totals hide that, because a loss and a win look the same. Asking what each person wanted, then comparing with what the group got, makes the pattern visible.
When not to use it
Do not ask for hidden wishes when it would feel like spying, or when the group decides by talking and a quiet wish would only start arguments. Then watch for who stops speaking up, and ask them directly and kindly.
