My bug needs forty commands to show and my AI cannot make sense of it
A recorded game with forty commands hides the three that matter. This entry gives your AI a shrinker that removes commands in chunks while the bug still appears, and ends with a list where every remaining command is needed.
Why this works
Trying chunks first, then smaller ones, removes the bulk quickly and still ends at a list where no single command can go. The AI then reasons about three steps instead of forty.
When not to use it
Skip it when the bug depends on timing or on random numbers you do not record. Fix the replay first, or the shrinker will keep losing the bug.
