Which advisor messages are closed before anyone could have read them?

A hint that is dismissed in a blink was not read, no matter how important it is. Here is how to judge each message against how long it would take to read, so long messages are not unfairly flagged and short ones are not let off.

Why this works

Reading takes a fixed moment to react plus time for each word, so a long message needs more time than a short one. A single cutoff for all would flag the short ones wrongly, and excuse the long ones that nobody read.

When not to use it

Do not treat a quick close as a failure when the message is one players already know by heart, or when it repeats. Fast closing is then healthy. Fix messages that are closed fast and followed by the very mistake they warned about.
