How much does a fight cost the player when healing happens during it?

Comparing health before and after a fight hides how hard it was whenever the player healed on the way. This entry shows which events to record so the cost of a fight is measured, not guessed from the leftover health.

Why this works

Health left at the end only shows the difference between two moments, and healing hides what happened in between. What a fight really cost is the damage that landed, so you have to record every hit and every heal as it happens, and count only what was actually applied.

When not to use it

It is more effort than needed when fights are so short that nobody can heal in them, since before and after then tell the same story. It also measures cost in health only. If a fight mainly drains time, potions or magic, track that cost instead.
