Subtitles disappear too fast or pile on top of each other

When timing comes from a script or a voice track, some lines flash by for a moment and others overlap the next. Here is how your AI should repair the timing of each line, and how it finds the lines that cannot be fixed without moving the voice itself.

Why this works

Reading takes time in proportion to length, and the voice sets when a line begins. So only the end of a line is free to move, and a line that still cannot be read in the room it has points to a problem with the voice timing, not the text.

When not to use it

Skip it when the subtitles are made to match the speaker word by word, as in a song, or when players set their own reading speed and can hold a line. Then the timing is not yours to repair. Cut the text instead.

Say this to your AI

Use the Spielerando entry "Subtitles disappear too fast or pile on top of each other" (read_entry subtitles-vanish-before-they-can-be-read) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.

Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
