A choice jumps to a scene that does not exist and the story crashes

One typo in a scene name and the player clicks a choice and lands on a blank screen. This entry shows how to find every such broken link before anyone plays, and how to offer the likely right name instead of just reporting an error.

Why this works

A game looks names up letter for letter, and people and AIs mistype. Checking every link ahead of time catches the break before a player does, and suggesting only a single clear near match saves time without hiding a real mistake.

When not to use it

Not needed for a short story you can click through completely in a minute. And never let it fix links on its own: a confident wrong guess turns a visible error into a hidden one that sends players to the wrong scene.
