A rematch button that starts with half the group or never answers
After a match everyone is asked for a rematch. Someone says no, someone leaves, someone just does not answer, and the game must decide cleanly between starting again, shrinking the group, or giving up. Here is that decision.
Why this works
A rematch needs people willing to play, not everyone agreeing. Counting those who said yes, waiting for those still deciding, and letting the others go keeps a single no from spoiling it for the rest and keeps the wait short.
When not to use it
Skip it when the game only works with the exact same group, such as a story for four or a fixed team match. There, a single no should end the offer at once, and an automatic move to the next game, with the same players, is simpler.
