Ask "are you sure?" before a craft uses up something precious, and only then
On a phone a thumb slips, and one wrong tap can turn a rare treasure into a plain potion. But a confirmation on every craft trains players to press yes without reading, so the one that matters is ignored too. This entry decides when to ask, when to stay quiet and how hard the confirmation should be to press.
Why this works
A question people see all the time becomes noise, and they answer it without reading. Asking only when something real is at stake keeps the question meaningful, and showing exactly what will be lost lets a person decide in a second.
When not to use it
The better fix is often no question at all but an undo, such as a short window to take the craft back. If the loss can be reversed, ask nothing; save the question for losses that cannot be reversed.
