Playtesters sent forty messages and many of them describe the same problem
Different people describe one broken scene in different words, so a plain list looks like forty bugs. This entry groups reports that talk about the same thing, so your AI gets a short list of problems with a count behind each one.
Why this works
People describe one problem in many ways, but the same few key words keep turning up. Comparing how many of those words two reports share finds the ones that talk about the same thing, so a pile of messages becomes a short list with a weight on each.
When not to use it
Be careful when reports use very different words for the same fault, or the same words for different faults. A rare problem told only once can also look like noise. Read the groups of one before you drop them.
