My AI says all tests passed, but did any test actually run
A test run that found no tests ends with the same calm green message as one that checked everything. This entry reads the summary of a test run and tells apart passing, failing, partly skipped and nothing-ran, so you can believe a green claim.
Why this works
Silence is not success. A run with nothing to check also reports nothing wrong, so a green message only means something once it comes with a count of what was actually tried and what was left out.
When not to use it
Reading the summary cannot tell whether the tests are any good. A full green count of weak tests still lets bugs through. For that, check that one test fails when you break the thing on purpose.
