After the AI fixed a bug, some of my sentences read differently and I cannot see which
When a file is rewritten, quote marks, dashes and spacing change quietly, and now and then a whole sentence does too. This entry sorts script lines into untouched, only restyled and truly reworded, so you read only the ones that matter.
Why this works
A rewrite touches many lines in ways that change nothing you read, such as quote marks and dashes. Matching lines by their name and ignoring that surface style leaves only the lines where the actual words moved, which is all you need to proofread.
When not to use it
It does not help if the lines have no stable names, or if the writer changed the typography on purpose, such as quote marks in another language. Then read a normal side-by-side comparison of the old and new file.
