How do I see which files changed, were moved or only look changed after the AI worked
A file list from your AI can say a hundred files moved when only five really changed. This entry compares fingerprints of the whole folder before and after, and tells apart changed, added, deleted and simply renamed files.
Why this works
What a file says is the same wherever it sits, so a fingerprint of its content tells you if it changed, where a name or a date cannot. A file that merely moved keeps its fingerprint, so you can separate real edits from reshuffling.
When not to use it
It cannot pair a file that was both moved and edited, and it shows you only that something changed, not whether the change is good. You still have to read the edited files. For a few files, simply reading them is quicker.
