The same account joins twice and both copies fight over one hero
Someone opens the game on their phone while it is still running on the laptop, or their connection retries at a bad moment, and now two sessions control one character. This entry shows who gets kicked and why they never kick each other.
Why this works
When two sessions claim one character, the question is which one is newer, and a number that only grows answers that without a race. Whoever has the higher number is in control, and the lower one can never take it back.
When not to use it
Skip it when one account is meant to play on several devices at once, such as a shared family account or a game with a viewer app next to the player. Then give each device its own role instead of kicking one out.
