My game stutters and I cannot tell my AI whether it is slow or hitching
A game that is slow all the time and one that is smooth with a few sharp stalls need different fixes, yet both are described as "laggy". This helper reads a list of frame times and tells your AI which of the two it is, and how bad the worst stall was.
Why this works
Averages and the 95th percentile hide a stall that happens twice a minute, yet the player feels exactly that. Comparing each frame to the typical one and counting stalls separately shows what an average erases.
When not to use it
Frame times alone do not say what causes a stall. Use it to describe the problem, then let a profiler or the AI's own timing of each game part find the cause.

Say this to your AI
Use the Spielerando entry "My game stutters and I cannot tell my AI whether it is slow or hitching" (read_entry work-act-stutter-spikes-vs-slow-game) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
