The bug happens in a blink and I cannot see what the game does
A boss attack or a collision that lasts a fraction of a second is too quick to watch, and a plain pause skips over it. This helper gives your AI a clock for the game that can pause, advance one picture at a time and run in slow motion.
Why this works
The game advances in equal small ticks. If the clock only decides how many ticks to run, you can run none, exactly one, or a fraction per second, and the game itself needs no change.
When not to use it
If the game does not already advance in equal ticks, first make it do so, otherwise slow motion changes how the physics behaves and the bug moves.

Say this to your AI
Use the Spielerando entry "The bug happens in a blink and I cannot see what the game does" (read_entry work-act-step-through-a-fast-bug) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
