Decide who wins when two victory goals are reached on the same turn

When a game has several ways to win, the day comes when two players reach different goals in the same turn, and whichever check happens to run first declares the winner. Here is a clear order of rules that picks one result and can be explained to both players.

Why this works

Players accept a loss when they can see the rule that decided it. A fixed order of reasons, checked after everyone has moved, gives the same answer no matter who clicked first, and it can be told to both sides in one sentence.

When not to use it

Skip it when a shared win is the better story, such as a team game or a peace treaty ending. Then declare both as winners instead of forcing a ranking, and keep the rules only for games that truly allow one champion.
