Players die again and again right after losing their gear
When dying costs your belongings, a bad moment can turn into a chain of deaths that ends in quitting. This entry shows how to find those chains in your death log and count how many deaths belong to them.
Why this works
Dying again soon after losing your belongings is a different problem from dying once. The second death happens to someone who can no longer defend themselves, so it has to be compared with what they carried at the start of the chain.
When not to use it
Skip it when dying costs nothing or only a little, because there is nothing to spiral from. Also skip it if players can leave the game to reset, since the chain then ends by quitting and the log never shows it.
