Which scenes make testers press the "I need a break" button?

A game with disturbing scenes should let people step out, and the presses tell you where a content warning or a softer version is needed. This entry counts people per scene, asks nothing about why, and treats a single press as worth reading.

Why this works

A person in distress rarely says so aloud in a test, but a button that costs nothing makes it easy to act. When the cost of pressing is zero, each press is honest, so even one press is worth reading instead of waiting for a majority.

When not to use it

The counts never replace a content warning that the subject itself calls for, and they say nothing about scenes testers never reached. Do not use them to justify a harsh scene just because few people pressed the button.
