Players always pick the same answer: is it a choice at all?
A choice that nine out of ten players make the same way is a choice in name only, and one that nobody ever picks wastes writing. This entry shows how to rate every decision in your story from the numbers and when you cannot yet tell.
Why this works
A choice matters only if people really weigh it, and weighing shows up as a spread of answers. When nearly everyone answers the same way, the others look worse or the text points the way, so the player is only clicking along.
When not to use it
Skip it for choices that are meant to be obvious, like a moral test where the kind answer is expected, or ones that only change a line of colour. Judge those by what they change later, not by how evenly they split.
