Make riders and fast units tilt into a turn the right amount, and ease back upright

A horse that runs round a corner bolt upright looks like it is gliding on rails, and one that tilts by a fixed angle looks drunk when it turns slowly. This entry ties the tilt to speed and how sharp the turn is, with a limit, and moves smoothly so a jittery path does not make the body shake.

Why this works

A body on a curve is pulled outward, and leaning inward is how real riders and bikes balance that pull. So the tilt must grow with both speed and sharpness, and vanish when either is missing. Easing it keeps it from shaking with every twitch of the path.

When not to use it

Don't tilt things that stay upright by nature or by design: a tank, a walking soldier at a stroll, a hovering craft or a cart on rails. For a flat top-down view with small sprites the tilt is invisible, so leave it out.
