Make a worker carrying a heavy load walk slower with matching steps, not just slide slower

Give a porter a speed penalty and he glides at the same step rate as before, only slower, which looks like he is walking on ice. Making the load change look and feel real needs several numbers to change together and not in a straight line. Here is what to change and what must stay put.

Why this works

A heavy load changes how a person walks, not just how fast. Steps get shorter, the body sinks lower, and the tempo follows from both. Letting the step rate come out of speed and stride keeps the feet on the ground instead of sliding.

When not to use it

Skip it when carrying is not meant to cost anything, such as a cheerful pickup game, or when load is invisible and decided by a menu. A slowdown the player cannot see or understand just feels like a bug. Show the load or drop the penalty.
