Spielerando

How many players really watched a group cutscene, not just stood in the room?

A cutscene counted as seen for everyone in the room says too much. Some pressed skip, some tabbed away, some left. This entry shows how to sort each person into what they really did, so your story numbers are not inflated by people who were never watching.

Why this works

Being in the room is not seeing. Giving each person one clear outcome, checked in a fixed order, keeps people who left or skipped from being counted as audience, so your story numbers describe what players actually took in.

When not to use it

Do not use it where watching the window says nothing, such as a scene played on a shared big screen or heard through a speaker. Then the window cannot tell you who followed; ask people afterwards.
