Which combinations of heroes win most, and does a team without a healer really lose?
Teams are made of the same heroes picked in a different order, so counting line-ups naively splits one combination into many. This entry shows how to name a combination so it is counted once, and how to test a single missing role.
Why this works
A team is a mix, not a queue: who was picked first changes nothing, but two fighters instead of one does. Naming a combination in a fixed order makes every real team count once, and showing the number of games next to the rate keeps rare mixes from passing as insights.
When not to use it
Do not read a gap between teams with and without a role as a sign that the role wins. Teams without a healer are often weaker or newer to begin with. Compare groups of similar skill, or run a deliberate test with matched teams, before you rebalance a role.
