A rarely picked class wins every game: is it overpowered or just lucky?
A class played in only a handful of matches can show a perfect record by chance, and nerfing it on that basis would be a mistake. This entry shows how to pull small samples toward the overall picture so the ranking is not dominated by luck.
Why this works
A handful of games can look perfect by luck alone, and the more rarely something is tried, the more luck decides. Blending each small record with the overall result gives honest numbers: little evidence stays near the average, and only plenty of games lets a class stand out.
When not to use it
It cannot prove a class is balanced; it only says you do not know yet. Keep playing before changing anything. It also fails when classes always appear together in the same teams, since their results are then not independent. Treat close values as equal and change nothing on small gaps.
