Some of my workers just stand there with a job and never arrive
In a busy colony, a few figures freeze while the rest carry on, and you only notice when the stock runs out. This entry gives your AI a position log reader that lists exactly who is stuck right now and since when, without flagging the ones who simply work.
Why this works
Standing still is only a bug when the unit wants to go somewhere. Keeping that wish in the log and counting only the unbroken run up to now separates stuck units from busy and from ones that were stuck and got free.
When not to use it
Skip it when units can legitimately wait in a queue for a long time, such as a crowded gate. Add a waiting flag to the log first, or you will get false alarms.
