Grain keeps disappearing: what went in and what came out do not add up
When production, use and stock do not add up, something is eating or inventing goods. This entry gives your AI a balance checker that lists which goods are off, by how much and in which direction, and ignores the harmless rounding.
Why this works
Goods are conserved: what you start with plus what is made, minus what is used, must equal what you end with. Any gap is a leak, and its sign tells you whether to look for a destroyer or a duplicator.
When not to use it
Skip it for goods that decay or are lost by design, such as spoiling food. Log decay as its own consumption line first, otherwise every such good is flagged.
