How much of the game do players skip through at top speed?
If people spend a large part of the time at maximum speed, the game is probably slow to them. But the answer changes depending on whether you count their real time or the time inside the game. This entry shows both and which one to trust.
Why this works
Two people can mean different things by "a lot of fast forward". One feels time dragging, the other skips part of the world. Real minutes show how bored players were, game minutes show how much content went by unseen, so each question needs its own count.
When not to use it
It tells you little when the game has no speed setting, or when fast forward is a deliberate reward players earn. Then high use is not a complaint about pace. Watch where people quit or ask them directly.
