I need forty clicks to reach the bug and my AI cannot repeat them

A bug that hides behind a long path through your story is hard to describe and slow to test. This entry gives your AI a way to cut the recorded choices down to the few that still cause the problem, so everyone can reproduce it in seconds.

Why this works

Most choices in a long playthrough have nothing to do with the bug. Removing pieces and keeping every shorter path that still fails leaves only what is needed, and that short path is the clearest report you can hand over.

When not to use it

It misleads when chance is involved and was not recorded, because the game can then fail for another reason on each try. Fix the random start first, or the short path shows a different bug.

In the full entry

  • What to build, step by step
  • Starting values and the reason for each
  • 3 common mistakes and the fix
  • 24 lines of example code with 3 checks that pass
  • How your AI shows you that it works

Say this to your AI

Use the Spielerando entry "I need forty clicks to reach the bug and my AI cannot repeat them" (read_entry shrink-the-choices-that-reach-a-bug) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.

Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
