Loading a save drops the hero right next to alert enemies who strike at once

A save made in the middle of a fight loads into the same fight, but the player has not had a second to look at the screen. Here is a simple calm-down step for enemies that are close, how far they go back, and how long the hero is safe after loading.

Why this works

Loading is not something the player did in the game, so the world should not punish them for it. A short quiet moment right when they return gives them time to see where they are, and it only touches what is near them.

When not to use it

Do not give the calm moment in a game that is about tension or where the save is only meant at safe spots. There it only invites saving right before a fight to dodge it. Limit saving to safe places instead.
