Let the player swap one daily quest for another without getting the same kind
The swap button hands back the very quest that was just thrown away, or a second one of the same kind, or a fresh draw on every app start that lets players reroll for free. Here is a repeatable draw with rules for what may replace what.
Why this works
A shuffle that is fully set by a starting number gives the same result whenever it is asked again, so nothing is drawn at launch and restarting the app cannot buy a new draw. Each swap changes the number by one step, which is what makes it count.
When not to use it
Skip it when the quests are few and all required, as in a story game with a fixed chain. There is nothing to swap, and a button would only invite skipping the parts you want played. A short list with no choice is better.
