Let a builder use only the goods that its roads can actually reach
In a town with many storehouses, a building site should not be able to use planks from a barn on the far side of a river that no road crosses. This entry finds which storehouses connect to the site, takes the goods from the nearest first, and reports what is missing otherwise.
Why this works
Goods only help where someone can carry them. Counting only the storehouses connected to the site by road, and taking from the closest first, makes the rule match what the player sees on the map, so nobody builds from stock they can't reach.
When not to use it
Don't use it when the world has no visible roads or carriers, such as a simple builder where everything sits in one shared pile. There the map would only add chores; use a single stock and spend your effort on something the player notices.
