My hero sometimes falls through the floor and I cannot show my AI when

A bug that happens once in a while is hard to describe, but a recording of the hero's position holds the answer. This helper scans it for the exact frame where the floor was crossed, tells apart sinking from skipping, and says how much smaller the steps must get.

Why this works

Falling through happens when one frame's step is longer than the floor is thick, so the hero is above the floor in one frame and below it in the next. A trace shows that step directly, which is more reliable than guessing from a screenshot.

When not to use it

If the hero falls through only at the edge of a platform, the cause is more likely the width of the hero than the speed. Compare the side positions in the same recording.

Say this to your AI

Use the Spielerando entry "My hero sometimes falls through the floor and I cannot show my AI when" (read_entry work-act-find-frame-hero-fell-through) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.

Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
