Fill a shared super move together without one player doing all the filling
A team charge bar that fills from everybody's fighting is a nice shared goal, until one player on a farmable spot fills it alone. This entry shows a limit on one player's share, why that limit must not apply to a solo player, and what happens to the overflow.
Why this works
A shared goal only feels shared if more than one person must help reach it. Limiting each player's part keeps a single lucky spot from deciding the whole bar, and throwing away the excess stops the farmer from banking a head start.
When not to use it
Skip the limit when the roles are very different, for instance one healer who fills the bar by supporting while others fight. A fixed share would punish them, so count the kind of help instead of the amount.
