When a player is knocked out, the next turn goes to the wrong person
Removing a player from the turn list while the game is running can make someone play twice or lose a turn. This entry gives your AI a small turn tracker that stays correct whoever drops out, including the player whose turn it is right now.
Why this works
The current turn is stored as a position in the list, so removing someone in front of it moves everyone one place and the position now points at the wrong person. The position has to move with the list.
When not to use it
Skip it if turns are decided by a score or a speed value rather than a fixed ring. Then remove the player from the queue instead and recompute who is next.
