Which scene to fix first: the one losing the most players or the one worse than normal?
The scene where the most players leave is often just the busy one at the start of the game, and the scene with the highest rate may have had three visitors. A better ranking asks how many players each scene loses beyond what a normal scene would. This entry shows how to compute that.
Why this works
The scenes that lose the most people are often just the busiest, and the ones with the worst rate may have few visitors. What a fix is worth is the number of players you would keep if the scene were as good as a normal one. That is the loss beyond normal, and it sets the order.
When not to use it
Do not use it when scenes are not alike, such as an opening that naturally loses more than a middle scene, or when a loss is wanted, like a hard gate. Compare each scene with others of its own kind, or accept the planned drop.
