Show loot odds on screen as percentages that add up to exactly 100

Three equal items shown as 33.3 percent each add up to 99.9, and players write angry posts about hidden odds. Rounding each number separately never works. This entry splits the leftover fairly so the list is honest and always totals 100.

Why this works

People add up the numbers on screen, and a total of a hair under or over the whole makes them suspect the game hides something. Handing the leftover bits to the shares closest to rounding up keeps each number honest and the total exact.

When not to use it

Skip it when the odds shown are only a rough hint, such as labels like common or rare, where percentages promise more precision than you give. When chances differ per player because of luck or a guarantee, show that player's own numbers instead of a general list.
