A one-time reward is given twice, and I cannot tell if it is a double click or a repeat
A chest pays out twice, a cutscene plays again, a bell rings a second time. The cause is different when it happens at once or much later, and so is the fix. Your AI can sort a recording of events into these two kinds for each thing that should only happen once.
Why this works
A repeat within a blink is two signals for one action, and a repeat much later is a memory problem: the game forgot it had done it. Telling them apart sends the AI to the right half of the code at once.
When not to use it
For things that may happen repeatedly by design, such as a daily bonus, count them per period instead and use a different check.

Say this to your AI
Use the Spielerando entry "A one-time reward is given twice, and I cannot tell if it is a double click or a repeat" (read_entry rpg-one-time-event-fires-twice) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
