Respawn herbs and ore correctly for the time the player was away

Come back after a week and every bush should be full, but come back at the very moment you picked the last berry and the next one should not appear at once. Here is how to catch up the time you missed without banking free refills.

Why this works

Time only counts when something is waiting for it. A full bush grows nothing, so the clock must start at the first pick, not at the last visit. Otherwise the world quietly saves up supply and pays it all out at once.

When not to use it

Skip it when the world should not wait for the player, such as a game where spots refill on a set time of day for everyone. Also skip it for rare, one-time finds; those should never grow back.
