Find quests that can never start because a flag is misspelled or never set
A quest waits for something that no other quest ever provides, or provides under a slightly different name, and so it silently never begins. This entry lists those quests and the likely typo, instead of waiting for a player to report it.
Why this works
A quest that waits for a mark nobody leaves just looks like it was never available, so nothing ever complains. Repeating the question of what can be done now until nothing changes reveals the ones that can never begin, and a near-match names the likely typo.
When not to use it
Skip it when quests are started by the world rather than by marks, such as by walking into an area, or when a quest is meant to stay locked until a later update. List those starts as given, or the report fills with false alarms.
