Free lunch and dinner energy that can be claimed once per window, even past midnight

Some casual games hand out a free energy gift twice a day in set windows. The tricky parts are the window that crosses midnight, the player who claims twice at the edge, and missed windows that must not pile up. Here is the check.

Why this works

A reward tied to a moment in the day works best when every window has its own name. Then claiming once is a plain yes-or-no question, and a window that crosses midnight is still one window, not two.

When not to use it

Skip it if players live in many time zones or work shifts, where lunch and dinner mean different hours. Fixed windows then feel arbitrary; give a reward every set number of hours since the last claim instead.
