Settle a raid on your base while you were away, without endless loops
When a player returns after a long absence, the base may have been attacked. Playing every round would take forever, and a single coin flip feels unfair. This entry shows a short, repeatable resolution with a round limit, shared damage and honest outcomes for deadlock.
Why this works
Players who return should find a story that matches what they built, not a coin toss. Settling it by plain sums of strength gives the same answer every time, and a limit on rounds keeps a long absence from becoming a long calculation.
When not to use it
Skip it when the base is only visited while the player is present, or when attacks are meant to be played by hand as the main fun. Then raise the alarm and let the player return in time to fight.
