Spielerando

Give a quest reward only if every item fits in the bag

A quest hands out three things, the bag has room for two, and the third vanishes or the quest gets stuck. Checking each item alone says yes every time. This entry checks the whole reward together and leaves the bag untouched when it fails.

Why this works

A reward is one promise, so it should be kept whole or not at all. Items compete for the same free slots, so only trying the whole grant on a copy shows the truth, and a half-given reward is worse than a clear refusal.

When not to use it

Do not block a reward on bag space when the player might be stuck, such as the only way to continue the story. Send it to a mailbox or a safe store they can empty later, and tell them it is waiting.
