Generate place and people names that fit a culture and never look alike

Fifty names in a row and three of them are "Brannor", "Branmor" and "Branner", which readers cannot tell apart. Here is a name generator that keeps each culture's sound, gives the same names for the same world seed, and refuses names that are too close to one already used.

Why this works

Readers keep names apart by their shape, so two names that differ by one letter blur into one person. A fixed starting number makes the same world give the same names every time, and refusing near twins is a rule, not luck.

When not to use it

Skip it when names carry meaning you choose by hand, such as a family whose names echo each other on purpose, or a cast of a dozen. Name those yourself, and use the generator only for the many minor places and passers-by.
