Show an item's roll quality so a near-perfect roll is not called perfect
When each bonus rolls within a range, players like to see how good their roll was. A careless percentage rounds a very good roll up to the top, and then the real perfect roll means nothing. This entry shows quality honestly and gives the top its own meaning.
Why this works
A label only means something if the top is reserved for the top. Rounding down keeps the best rating for the best roll alone, so a player who sees the top mark knows nothing could have been better, and nearly-perfect stays honestly nearly.
When not to use it
Don't show a quality score when players would chase the perfect roll for hours with no other goal, or when stats have no range and are all the same. Hide the percentage, or give a rating only after the item is retired.
