Haggling with a random yes: find the lowball offer players will spam
If a trader accepts an offer with a chance that grows as the offer rises, someone will find the offer that earns the most per try and use it all day. This shows how to calculate that offer for your curve, and how to set the curve so the trick pays little.
Why this works
Players will repeat whatever earns the most on average per try, so a bargaining curve must be judged by its best offer, not its typical one. Finding that offer shows whether the curve invites a trick, and where to make refusing cost something.
When not to use it
Skip it when haggling is rare, one-off or part of a story scene, where nobody will repeat it enough to profit. Also skip it if refusals already cost real time or trust, since then the trick pays little anyway.
