Make sure every picture and sound the game asks for really exists
The game runs on your computer, then shows empty boxes and silence once it is online, because a file name differs by one capital letter or a file was never added. This entry gives a check that lists what is missing, what only differs in spelling, and what nobody uses.
Why this works
Your own computer is forgiving about capital letters, while the machines that host games are strict, so a mistake stays invisible until the game is online. Comparing what the code asks for with what was shipped finds each gap and says which kind it is.
When not to use it
Weak for names the code builds from pieces, since reading cannot see them; list those by hand. And it only checks that the file exists, not that it opens or looks right. For a game with three files, a quick look is faster.
