Spielerando

Check how big the world save will get before players find out the hard way

Browser games can only keep so much data, and a save that grows with every block can fill it in a week of play. This entry gives the AI a size estimate per piece of land, with a cheaper way to store plain areas and a warning that names the heaviest pieces.

Why this works

Whether a short way of writing saves space depends on the land, not on the method. Plain stretches shrink, busy patterns grow, so you measure both ways for each piece, keep the smaller one, and compare the total with the room you really have.

When not to use it

The check is the wrong help when the real problem is a world that grows without limit, or when your game stores data on a server with plenty of room. Then the answer is to limit what is kept or to move it, not to squeeze it.

Say this to your AI

Use the Spielerando entry "Check how big the world save will get before players find out the hard way" (read_entry save-size-budget-run-lengths) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.

Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
