One tester complained six times: which problem should I fix first?

Raw feedback is loud where one person is loud. Counting how often something is said puts the chattiest tester in charge of your to-do list. This entry shows how to rank by people affected while keeping rare but severe problems from disappearing.

Why this works

One loud person is still one person. The number of different people who hit a problem tells you how many players it will touch, while repeated mentions only measure who talks most, and a single serious find can still matter to many later.

When not to use it

Skip it when the people testing are not your players, or when one problem is plainly fatal, like a crash that stops everything. Fix that one at once, and use the ranking only to order the many smaller matters.
